Minnesota Report

This morning at 10:00 am, Mike Lindell is set to face (figuratively because it’s a phone call) Office of Administrative Hearings Judge Nicholas B Lienesch. If the adage, A Picture is worth a Thousand Words is valid, then this one is all the evidence needed. Well, no, after we are informed how much money was spent on MYPillows and how many were pitched out at parades and elsewhere.

Now, these might be surplus inventory, which, if provided at a discount, should be seen as a corporate contribution to the Mike Lindell for Governor Campaign; are you listening, Phillip C Parrish (R)? This is another issue, outside of the actual problem Lindell is set to face later today. Additionally, because the campaign bought these MYPillows from Lindell, then he effectively “Feathered His Own Nest”. Pun Intended.

So, what remedy will be left to Judge Lienesch? The question we have is how quickly the judgment will be rendered. Will it be before the August 11th Primary? Which would best inform the electorate that Lindell skirts the law, which is something he likely learned from his non-drinking buddy, Donald J Trump (R). The idea if you do your illegal act in the daylight, where Minnesotans will easily cry out for a freebie no matter how cheesy the person providing the goods is. Hell, just look at the shlock one gets when they go to the Minnesota State Fair.

Remember that is a venue Lindell used to pitch his MyPillows for years, until he lost all his wealth shlepping for Trump’s specious claim of the 2020 election being stolen, and had to close up his booth, which was set right behind Amy Klobuchar’s (D-MN).

Just think if his booth were still there, they could have a town hall debate right there, and in fact, we will provide the soapboxes for them to stand upon. No need to go down the way to MPR.

Here is the phone number and code for you to listen to the hearing. (651) 395-7448. Enter the conference code: 554 613 126#

We’re not sure if Checks & Balances Publisher Shawn Towle will be called upon to testify, but his affidavit is part of the evidence.
