Minnesota Report
If you can make you way in the Senate Office Building, you must first stop at the Senate Clerks Desk, have an appointment or contact a specific senate office and wait to be escorted up. If you go to the 1st floor, where the main hearing rooms are, that is unrestricted public access, but the 2nd 3rd floors are restricted to escorted access.
In those floors controlled by the majority, mask wearing is almost nonexistent unless its someone who is coming in the see a senator or staff, but Republicans are not participating in mask protocols, and their main office doors are unlocked. In DFL controlled areas, the doors are locked and accessible only by key cards, and all staff and member are adhering to mask protocols.
Also, on the Senate floor, the same is ongoing, staff are masked up and so are DFL members, while Republicans are sporadic, if at all.
