Donald J Trump (R)-endorsed keeps making news. In court on Monday, Mike Lindell (R) was charged with an alleged campaign finance violation for providing voters items of “any” value, known informally in political parlance as the “Twinkie Law.” Informed the listeners during this case he was no longer a minority shareholder of his MYPillow company, probably to avoid any corporate liability, and later in the week stepped down as CEO and now has sold the rest of the company. Oh, and yes, his residency is being questioned by the Republican Party Chair,am Alex Plechash, which we were the first to do so.
As we wait for the ruling by Nicholas B Liennesch, a former State Attorney General who was internally appointed to the Office of Administrative Hearings. He will announce his ruling on whether the matter is dismissed, which we see as unlikely, or advanced to a three-judge panel, which would then meet in two to three weeks, which we see as likely.
