Minnesota Report

Celebrate, Celebrate, Dance to the Music.

It’s official people can now, legally smoke their own homegrown weed, which will likely become more of a social ill like cigarette smoking soon after it starts. The legal use of cannabis comes with its own spate of limitations.

We believe a follow-up response is the required use of vaporizers and other devices that removes the stink of burning weed. We support the consumption of edibles because that annoys no one.

Being a Minnesotan, the 27th state to legalize adult use of cannabis is a benefit to our state, the home of Congressman Andrew Volstead (R) author of the Volstead Act which established the prohibition of alcohol on October 28, 1919. This is also why 1919 Root Beer exists. Remember Alcohol Prohibition ended on December 05, 1933, this is why there is a 33 on Rolling Rock beer.

Glad to see farmers are once again able to fully embrace our state Constitution and exercise the right to peddle. Article 13, Section 7 – No license required to peddle. Any person may sell or peddle the products of the farm or garden occupied and cultivated by him without obtaining a license therefor.
