Minnesota Report
When you come with the title of Doctor then trust is baked into the formula. So, it is why, when the negotiations over Insulin was placed in Dr Scott Jensen’s (R-47, Chaska) people deferred to the doctor and believed when he said, if Minnesota struck an agreement with Big Pharma, they promised not to sue the state.
Well, Minnesota followed Jensen’s and instead of providing insulin at lower costs and serving more people, they agree to have higher costs and serve fewer people believe the state would not be sued. Oh, how wrong they were.
Now, the people in need, are still in need, the costs are too high for a veritably cheap to produce life-saving drug and Big Pharma wants even more.
Delegates to the Republican Caucuses should be leery of the abilities of a one-term legislator who, when tasked with an important role, failed.
