On Friday, on Almanac a question was asked of the members of the couch about future plans for US Senator Tina Smith (D-MN), who is not up for election until 2026, as to whether or not she will be seeking reelection. We spoke with her over the weekend and she said, “Yes, I am.”
Additionally, she mentioned another rumor Republicans are spreading about her, which is she has an illness, which she was clear to prove she looked vibrant and healthy and since she did back to back days outside in the heat, she looked vital to our eyes.
