The Legislative Salary Council voted unanimously to increase legislative salaries 7.25% from $51,750 to $55,501. The salaries were increased last in 2021.The main factor in the decision is to account for the dramatic increase in inflation. The change if approved, will take effect with the start of the new fiscal year on July 01, 2023.
