This just in. Attorney Marshall Tannick has filed a suit against MN is Ready and Crested River Cannabis, Shawn Weber, and XYZ Corporation on behalf of Nothing But Hemp LLC, Noble Brands Inc, Steven Brown, and Glenn McElfresh Nothing But Hemp Summons and Complaint (04-26-23)
There are various claims listed in the document and the plaintiffs are seeking damages. This might not impact the pending legislation, but could adversely effect the support organizations if the suit is deemed worthy. It will be something interesting to watch.
