Minnesota Report
The idea of a Gas Tax Holiday this summer is a worthwhile concept. If a short-term fix to soaring gas prices is what Republicans want, then extract a large amount in response Governor Tim Walz (D-MN). In exchange demand the largest Bonding Bill in state history, and make it double.
Negotiate hard, and hammer the Republicans outside of the negotiations room as only wanting issues for the election and not being serious when they are at the table. This needs to be a no-holds barred situation and operate like Governor Jesse Ventura (IP-MN) in the ring not at the negotiations table. It needs to be my way or the highway, Governor Walz, because if not then the bad actors will prevail, and say you were the one unwilling to compromise. The narrative is already scripted time to throw over the table.
