To some, Donald J Trump (R) endorsed Republican Gubernatorial candidate Mike Lindell (R-MN), who looks like chum in the water, and during Shark Week, this is a bit comical. To others, he has a compelling story of breaking a serious drug addiction and building a business where insomniacs watched his infomercials with him selling MyPillows. He had a regular stand at the MN State Fair which was located behind US Senator Amy Klobuchar’s (D-MN) booth and a standing cardboard cut out of himself hugging a pillow, but lost it when his election denial efforts on the 2020 election cost him “big money.” He lost a $5 million bet to software developer Robert Zeidman.
Since we wrote the aforementioned article, we have reached out to Republican-endorsed candidate Kendall Qualls for reaction, but no one has returned a call, and House Speaker Lisa Demuth (R-13A, Cold Spring) is providing the same lack of response. Does anyone ever answer a phone anymore?
