This just in, the 40 charges in the documents case, was just dismissed by Donald J Trump appointed Judge Aileen Cannon. She used her justification to be the position taken by US Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas in the Presidential Immunity decision. Here is the order.
Since, Trump seeks loyalty, she may now be on Trump’s shortlist for his fourth Supreme Court appointment, if he is to be reelected as President.
