In the State Senate because of the vacation of Sen Kelly Morrison (DFL-MN) in Senate District 45 to vie for the open Congressional seat vacated by her Elementary school friend Dean Philips (D-MN) leaves former Senator Anne Johnson Stewart (DFL) v Kathleen Fowke (R).
