Some buzz around the State Capitol is that Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Commissioner Karen Studders is involved in conversations with the federal Environmental Protection Agency about a possible job.  This would be a significant coup for the Bush Administration because of Minnesota’s strong environmental record, especially since both President George W Bush (R) and Vice-President Dick Cheney (R) are strongly tied to the oil & gas industry….
