Congressman Mark Kennedy (R-MN02) has his eyes on the prize. Word out of Washington D.C. as we understand it, Kennedy passed on the Commerce Committee and accepted a seat on the Financial Services Committee. This is a no-brainer the Commerce Committee is a much better plumb, but Kennedy declined. We understand the reason to be the large number of Environmental votes the committee addresses. Speculation…
