Minnesota Report

We at Checks & Balances are continuing our tradition of publishing the State Fair Polls found at the State Fair booths in the Education Building. Again, as we have said before, these provide an insight into the mindset and the issues of interest of the legislative leadership and their priorities in advance of the forthcoming legislative session. As you can see from past State Fair Polls, marijuana legalization has been a question asked since 2016 and Sports Book (legalization of gambling on professional and collegiate sports) since 2017.

We currently, only have the House State Fair Poll, but will have the Senate later in the day.
